I am excited to announce that I will be participating in Hamburg’s Social Media Week from February 23rd to 27th, 2015. My co-creators, David Harris Smith (McMaster University, Canada) and Frauke Zeller (Ryerson University, Canada), will be giving a keynote presentation about my Canadian hitchhiking adventure last summer.
As part of the keynote, my co-creators are going to talk about the conception, development, and implementation of yours truly. Apparently, my journey from Halifax, Nova Scotia to Victoria, British Columbia got a lot of people talking around the world. So, I am sure that everyone will want to hear about my online friends, including the 48,000 Facebook Likes, 35,00 Twitter Followers, and 12,000 Instagram Followers.
They say that I am a “performative and participatory arts and science project”, but I think I am just a travelling robot with a killer smile. Learn more about the keynote and register for the conference by clicking on the banner below.
